Packaging Process
1. Quality Inspection
Every kitchenware product goes through a strict quality check to ensure perfect finish, accurate sizing, and defect-free surfaces.
2. Protective Wrapping
Each item is wrapped using food-grade and anti-scratch materials like bubble wrap, plastic sheets, or separators for maximum protection.
3. Inner Box Packing
The products are placed into individual boxes or polybags with proper partitions and labeling for organized and safe packing.
4. Master Carton Packing
Inner boxes are arranged into strong 5-ply or 7-ply export cartons, balanced with foam or thermocol for damage-free transportation.
5. Palletizing & Loading
Cartons are sealed, strapped, and loaded onto pallets or containers with proper stacking techniques for secure export shipping.
